Sharon Scoggins
Business Manager
As Benchmark’s Business Manager, Sharon brings her extensive experience in accounting and emotional-growth school business management to the position. Sharon has served in her position for over 12 years. She worked in the accounting department for the CEDU Schools from 1989 until she came to work for Benchmark in 1994. In addition to her accounting experience, she has worked in real estate industry. She has also worked as a Level III mechanical inspector, providing quality control for an optics laboratory. Sharon is responsible for all phases of accounting and risk management, tax preparation, and payroll. Sharon has lived in Redlands for over 19 years, is married and is the mother of two grown daughters. She has two grandsons and enjoys attending their football and baseball games. In her spare time, she loves to read and work crossword puzzles.
Thomas Kennedy
Assistant Business Manager
Thomas is taking college coursework. He has been at Benchmark since 1996. His duties are to assist our Business Manager with bookkeeping and data entry. Thomas plays the trombone and is involved in local bands. He is involved with the Renaissance Faire each year.
Dianna Randles
Office Manager
Dianna has been with Benchmark Young Adult School since 1996, where she started as a transportation coordinator, delivering students to various appointments and activities. She was promoted to Assistant Office Manager, where her primary duties include assisting the Dean of Program, coordinating staff and student schedules and other projects as they arise. She coordinated the daily driving schedule as well as the student appointments schedule. In her current role as Office Manager, Dianna is in charge of all front office duties. She handles the busy phones, orders all student medications, sets up student files, structures student doctor and dental appointments. Dianna is married and the mother of two young adult sons. She has completed some college coursework and holds a certificate in CPR and First Aid for children and adults. Dianna enjoys spending quality time with her family and cooking.
Ann Maggiola
Assistant Transportation Coordinator
Ann is currently attending San Bernardino Valley College focusing on general education requirements. She holds certificates in CPR and First Aid training. Ann has worked for Benchmark for 6 years. She has been a resident counselor assisting students to learn life skills. She is currently a weekday resident counselor, living in our off-property apartments where she assists off-property upper level students in maintaining independent living skills. She assists students to meet important appointments, makes purchases for Benchmark, assists other staff in running groups, and wilderness trips, helps students in registration for college, and is an assistant to our front office staff. She brings her years of personal growth and recovery to share with our students. She is the mother of two young adult sons and a 10 year-old son. She loves to cook, read and to garden.
